All our rates are designed for double occupancy with the exception of the Apartment, which price accommodates a maximum of six (6) people. The third person in any other type of room is considered additional and is subject to a charge of $20.00 + 10% during High Season and $15.00 + 10% during Green Season. Children over 10 years old also pay an additional fee of $20.00 + 10% during High Season and $15.00 + 10% during Green Season
The rates for Standard Rooms and Cabin include a welcome cocktail, continental breakfast and hotel taxes.
Transportation from David
The costs of transportation David – Boquete – David are $40.00 each way.
Tours and Activities
We can offer you a wide variety of activities in and around Boquete. Please refer to our Ladera Guide to Boquete for further information on what is available. If you are interested in a particular activity our staff in the front desk will happily make the arrangements for you with our selection of trusted local tour operators and guides. Unless specified in a particular package, the costs of these activities are not included in our rates.

Reservations and Cancellations Policies
- Advance payment of the first night is required in order to confirm a reservation (depending on the season)
- Payments can be fulfilled with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. Cardholders’ complete name and card expiration date is required. Alternatively, we accept deposits in our checking account # 104066725 in BAC Credomatic, or Scotian Bank account # 850010783 under the name of CARBADOM, S.A. We also require a valid Photo ID and ID number (National ID, or Passport with place and date of issue). If paying with a bank deposit, please scan the deposit slip and send it to our email Info@hotel-ladera.com
- Senior discounts are only applicable to our seasonal rates and do not apply to any promotional rate. These discounts are 50% from Mondays to Thursdays, and 30% Fridays to Sundays.
- For the Holiday periods our minimm stay is three nights and an advance deposit of two (2) nights.
- These are our cancellation policies, which are always to be presented in written form:
Normal Periods
- Cancellations made two (2) or more days in advance of the arrival date will receive full reimbursement.
Holidays
- Payment must me submitted in 50% at least 45 days before the expected arrival date in order to guarantee the reservation.
- Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days in advance of the arrival date will receive full reimbursement minus a $25.00 fee
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the expected arrival date will receive 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days in advance of the arrival date will not receive a reimbursement of the deposit.
